About Jennifer
Jennifer Kauffman is the owner and Chief Results Officer for The Results Group. She has over 24 years of business experience, ranging from family-owned and operated businesses to working for Fortune 100 companies.
As a former executive and now a business owner herself, Jennifer knows what it takes to successfully grow a business. She also understands what it’s like for someone to put in long hours and wonder what happened to the dreams and vision they had for their life.
Jennifer will work directly with you and your management team to create a strategic plan aligned with your business vision. In addition, she will help you identify and implement necessary business systems, strategies and tactics that will allow you and your team to push through barriers to growth, increase profits, performance and results.
As your Results Consultant, she will be working with you in seven key areas: The emphasis on each area depends on your needs, the type of business you have, and your short term and long term goals. The key areas are:

In the end, people will be spending less total time working and will be generating positive results; including but not limited to increased profitability.
